Hometown Buffet Settles California Sexual Harassment Claims

On August 4, 2009, the Associated Press reported that Hometown Buffet has agreed to pay $710,000 to settle claims that teenage and Hispanic female employees were sexually harassed by co-workers at a restaurant in El Cajon, California.
The female workers had alleged that multiple male Hometown Buffet employees had subjected them to groping, hugging, kissing, stalking and other sexual advances from 2004 through 2006.
